Head of Business Development at Greenhouse Studios. Radostina leads and oversees the development and growth of profitable new business and maintains effective key agency relationships. She contributes to the development and refinement of Greenhouse Studios vision and strategy. Radostina represents Greenhouse Studios at national and international industry events.

Radostina previously worked for Disney Media Networks, International in the Business Strategy and Development Department. During this time, she became an expert in the all-encompassing Walt Disney Television content portfolio of studio productions, co-productions, acquisitions across all genres from scripted, reality and short-form, animated and live-action series,TV movies to features distributed across all media (i.e. Pay TV, Free TV, Mobile, Premium Pay TV, etc). She worked closely with over 50 international production companies across over 30,000 hours of television programming. Additionally, she has worked for 20th Century Fox and ABC Family. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Project Manager for Greenhouse Studios. Matthew is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. He manages the overall schedule and workflow of all projects and oversees the post-production workflow from creation of bids to final deliverables.

Matthew has a BA in Film and Digital Media from Cleveland State University and has worked on the feature film “Unspeakable” and the upcoming documentary “Fatherhood 101″. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Parker has resided in the Los Angeles area since the spring of 2009 and has been with Greenhouse as an assistant editor since the Summer of 2010. He is looking forward to directing his first feature, “Inside the Mind of a Father: The Making of Fatherhood 101″ the behind the scenes documentary.

Executive Assistant at Greenhouse Studios, to the partners and provides administrative and clerical support to management. She also is an up and coming writer with two feature length scripts entitled, “Hyssop” and “Hilltop Angels” that are currently in the development stages at GHS. Mary looks forward to expanding her knowledge in screenwriting and at the moment attends a two-year intensive writing program at Writer’s Boot Camp. During that time, she is looking to have completed several scripts as well as a TV pilot.

Graphic Designer at Greenhouse Studios, is responsible for designing pitch packets, movie posters, and plenty more. Peg has a BA in Graphic Design from Brooks Institute in Ventura and has worked with Randal Kleiser, director for movie “Grease” and “White Fang”, and David Arkenstone, composer for TV, Video Games and NBC Sports. From a family of artists, Peg’s objective to work in Los Angeles began experimenting with acrylic paint splattering color on canvas. Peg soon formalized and developed her methods adapting them with computer skills. Peg offers Greenhouse Studios a keen perception to simplify the complex, enthusiasm, and a straightforward approach to working with others.
